I am looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with my project management tasks, invoicing, web research, data entry, managing CRM data, drafting content and blog posts and similar tasks.
The company is in the website development industry so familiarity with this industry is preferred.
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required).
Be a self-motivated leader, offer improvement and innovation
Be familiar with the following software:
- Microsoft Office( Word, Excel & etc)
- Google Apps (Gmail, Docs & etc)
- Any XML editor
