I am the founder of a programming tutorial site and am seeking a highly-educated, English-proficient assistant to handle customer service inquiries for the site.
This is a part-time work from home role, on the order of 0.5-1 hours a day (however, you must be able to check email and respond to it regularly during EST hours).
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Customer Service, Wordpress, PHPBB, Word, Excel, FastSpring, and Google Docs.
We are looking for someone personable, friendly, and reliable. Native English speakers only.
Specific Job Duties:
1. Assist customers and readers with general questions.
2. Assist users with incorrect orders, by setting up refunds or exchanges.
3. Help customers get the appropriate forum access or do minor maintenance on Wordpress pages.
4. Reply to other email requests from customers and forward ones that require further attention to me.
5. Input book orders into our shipping system and keep track of receipts.
6. Miscellaneous administrative duties.
1. High-Level English proficiency
