Customer Service Representative for an upscale Design Ecommerce Company

Knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Evernote, Dropbox, Chrome, Instagram, Google, Paypal, Amazon, Skype

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with placing orders over phone
Updating tickets in Zendesk
Assisting LiveChat customers
