Job Description

I need a very experienced wiki content manager to migrate content from office documents ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF) to a Confluence instance for a single project.

Candidates should be:
Excellent communicators
Very good English skills - lots of screenshare with video cams ON
Ability to train others over video in how content is organized
Have Confluence experience - ** please cite example projects **

Well versed in Atlassian Confluence content mgmt - please cite experience in reply
Understand how to associate, attach, embed and expose Office content inside of Confluence
Understand spaces, group permissions and how to expose and promote content within Confluence
Familiarity with Jira, Greenhopper to track tasks in Kanban boards.

Very strong in MS Excel and extracting data from XLS spreadsheets
20GB Data mostly office docs to be managed within space

Rapid response to emails which are translated into contextual notes within areas of the space
Tasks in email are converted into Kanban stories and slotted/tracked with Project Manager
