Video Editing / Sync with Heart Rate and Voice Stress Data in Real Time
We need expert assistance finding software and hardware that allows us to merge three data streams: HD video, second-by-second heart rate monitor data and second-by-second voice stress data in a single laptop. Ideally, we would like to sync all three data streams so that we can see on one computer screen, for example, what happens to voice stress as heart rate increases at a certain number of seconds into the video. We will be recording the video and obtaining the heart rate and voice stress data from a study participant simultaneously. The study participant will answer questions on video will be connected to a heart rate monitor, and voice stress analysis software will be running at the same time. The video/voice data stream will be fed to the laptop in real time. Ideally, we would like to use a Panasonic HDC-SD60 video camera for filming. We could potentially use a "Blackmagic Intensity Extreme" device and software to feed the video data stream to the laptop. We have an Acc U Rate CMS 50 Finger Pulse Oximeter that will feed second-by-second data to the laptop. We have not yet tried to find the voice stress analyzer but note that there a a number of software packages that purport to provide voice stress analysis. We need an expert to put the proper components together and remotely help us configure them. The package must be effective and easy for non-experts to use.
