Job Description

We're looking for a full-time Systems Administrator & Customer Care representative to work for our new hosting company.

We're a small, friendly company looking for an Admin to work from home and be reachable via Skype. You will need to be affordable and work full-time in USA Eastern Standard Time.

Must have knowledge on Servers, both Linux/Red Hat and Windows. Ability to install, executive, troubleshoot and investigate issues and have very good english skills. Need to communicate professionally and quickly to customers.

You will handle Ticket support from our panel.
