The period of deployment would be approximately one year.

This support person should be able to do the following.
1) Capable of handling Client’s calls during the said hours.
2) Good Analysis and troubleshooting capability.
3) Analyze the issue and suggest work around
4) Priority / Severity decision making
5) Coordinate with Offshore / Development team.

Should have the following skills.
6) Good understanding of MS SQL Queries, apache / IIS settings & windows servers.
7) Basic understanding of SMTP, Web errors, Log reading, Remote access, Issue Trackers

Optional Good to have.
1) Java, JSP & Serverlets Experience
