I am looking for an Administrative Assistant in Manila in the Philippines to start work as soon as possible. I need this person to have experience or qualifications in working in a travel agency. I need this person to help me manage my daily flight bookings, including: client enquiries, client related data entry, and other features like hotel and car bookings. Other tasks include invoicing, web research, data entry, proofreading, managing sales, and drafting content.
The hours needed are 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. The company is a Travel Agency so familiarity with this industry is essential.
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English. You must be very good at communicating in English. You must also be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office, MYOB, Google and Skype.
