We need you to develop the following simple customization for WHMCS.
1. Email Templates
Each Email Template will have a new field with a dropdown list, with a list of countries, plus the option “all”.
Admin will be able to select one All, just one country or multiple countries.
On the Client profile Summary, the box “Send Mail” has a dropdown list. This list will show Email Templates, included in the section “General Messages”, just if Client’s country is included in the filtered set for that template.
For example if costumer country is Mexico, then the Email Dropdown list will display just Email Templates, that has “All” or “Mexico” selected.
When admin selects the first option on the list “New Message”, the system displays a box to type a message, and send it, but currently does not use any template to format that message.
We need to have a “New Message Template”, similar to “Support Ticket Reply Template”. So the text entered in the box will be just the body of the message, and the header and footer will be taken from the New Message Template.
2. Support Ticket Department
We need to add a new field in Support Ticket Department configuration, to be able to set a default language to each Department.
So if the submitter of a ticket is a registered client, the system will use the language version of the template according to client language (as it works currently), and if the submitter is not a registered client, the system will use the language version of the template according to the department language.
3. Predefined Replies
Each predefined replies category will have a new field where admin will be able to select in which ticket department that category will be shown.
