Job Description

We are looking for a new Team Facilitator on a long term project that can manage customer service, team communication to a large group of contractors, assist in contractor issues tracking and resolution, as well as payroll and administration.

This role is combination of customer service and administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with a large number of recruits, managing team communication, customer service emails and also have experience working in exel spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables and other advanced exel functions. This role will report to the Project Manager who overseas the day to day operations of the project.

Responsibilities;
-Manage day to day updates with contractors via email
-Monitor contractor activation/registration to ensure completion and field rater questions re; training and start up
-Maintain and update a “Bug List” for technical questions to be forwarded to client for feedback and answers
-Participate in monitoring task completion and communication with raters to ensure task completion is being done accurately and in a timely manner with PM assistance
-Participate and assist with task completion report monitoring and bookeeping with PM
-Provide post -production feedback on quality of raters to recruiting team and raters

MUST HAVE'S:
-Strong written communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong problem solving capabilities
-Advanced exel skills
-Experience working w Google Docs
-Ability to be responsive to cycles in workflow, take initiative and work independently while still updating team members and the PM
