Administrative Assistant needed for Real Estate Investment Company. This is a temporary contract position. Contract will last 2 - 3 weeks at a time over a 6 month plus duraton. Once hired, the REI Administrative Assistant will work a 12 hour work week. Work hours are from 10 am to 1 pm EST on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Job duties will include: returning phone calls, answering phone calls, screening callers, collecting contact information, data entry, and assisting in the successful completion of company real estate transactions..
The successful applicant must have an outgoing personality and be a self starter that needs little supervision. Applicant must be a dependable; team player with excellent customer service skills; proficient on the internet as well as all Microsoft Applications including: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher (Photoshop a plus but not required).
Starting wage is $6/hr.. For tax purposes the job is designed as a 1099 employee, which is considered self employed.
