We are an American Company with a very friendly environment seeking to hire Virtual Assistants to be a part of a dedicated team.

We are looking for HIGH END FULL TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Skills NEEDED:
Hours: 12nn-8pm EST

Technical in Nature - Someone that has the capability to learn:
-Constant contact
-Shopping cart
-Stagey of social media – super important /
-Log into Wordpress and make text changes
-Strategic marketing for Facebook and social media – write in general
-Receive phone calls
-Paypal / credit card
-Write his emails
-Find content for posting from his website etc.

-I would need an Administrative Assistant who can work the CRM, Mailing Program, Basecamp, and access information from shopping Cart.
The Administrative Assistant I am looking for should be able to know strategic marketing in social media, know how to create a plan to increase my networks, when and how often to post, as well as other strategies to build my social media networks.

-So whatever programs I use, the Administrative Assistant needs to know how to use them. The Admin also needs to know how to use Instant TeleSeminar. They will need to learn how to use the basics of Webstarts.com. I won't be using it much, but will be using it some. I am willing to train how to use Webstarts.

-This person needs to be able to write well. They need to be personable since they will be writing and speaking with customers. Also, this person needs to know there way around both a PC and Mac computer in technical ways; downloading, connecting to customers computer and helping them through their issue if needed. This person needs to be an excellent typist who can do data entry.


General Requirements:
-Must have advance communication skills in English
-Must have VOIP to call US unlimited
-Must have reliable internet & quite environment
-Can work US hours (Timezones: EST,CST,MST & PST)
-You will have to use time doctor system while employed with us to track client task & hours.
-Must know how to use business application software for example : MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc..
-Online Application like Google Apps ( Docs,calendar,etc)
