Virtual Assistant / CSR / Bilingual - Spanish & English
I am searching for a bilingual VA to help with small office tasks but whose main responsibility will be to answer calls from potential new customers, answer questions and sign them up for energy services, also follow up with customers who have signed up but failed to pay deposit or complete the required verification call. All existing customers are simply referred to our parent company customer service number.
We are averaging 200-300 calls per month which on average last 15 mins. I need you to be available to take calls M-F 9 am - 6 pm CST. Our busiest hours are from 11-2 and 4-6, busiest days are Thursdays & Fridays and the busiest weeks are the first and last week of each month. I can help with the phone occasionally if you have a doctors appointment or need a day off and let me know in advance.
Must be fluent in English & Spanish with little or no accent, have very reliable computer, internet & phone services, excellent computer skills, be available to take calls M-F 9 am - 6 pm CST, have good customer service skills and attitude. I will train you on our services and help with any complicated customers etc...
I am estimating an average of 80 hours per month and would hire on a monthly basis, although I am looking for someone to work with long term. My budget is $360 per month and I will pay a $25 bonus for each week we get 30 new customers.
