Project Summary:
CrowdPowrr is a software solution for crowd engagement. CrowdPowrr increases the quality and quantity of crowd participation, at live events. Rather than use customized hardware clickers, or proprietary voting machines, CrowdPowrr is developing browser-based mobile software available to anyone with a smartphone.

CrowdPowrr facilitates engagement between 3 types of core users:
Event Hosts
Event Audience Members
Event Speakers

Full Project Description:

1) Crowd Register / Host Register
Basic User Registration.
Host Registration. Host can choose free option, or increase to a premium service package.

2) Crowd Event Code Check-In
After a user registers, they are required to input a unique event code, to secure the voting process.

3) Host Build - Main
The event host inputs crowd name.
The host can choose to upload a .csv file to authenticate rsvp’s. Host can also manually add audience members.
After the crowd is opened, an engagement style is chosen. The Engagement styles to choose from are:
Crowd Favorite - One vote per speaker. Leaderboard shown.
Scorecard - Several votes per speaker. Leaderboard shown. Speaker scorecards shown.
Q and A - Two questions per audience member. Question leaderboard. Answer scorecard.
Classroom - Multiple choice. One vote per question. Response summary shown.

4) Host Build - Crowd Favorite
Host can edit Crowd Favorite settings.
Host can select speakers from a list generated by the .csv file upload.
Voting can be Opened and Closed. A voting time limit can be set.
Speakers and Audience members can also be managed / added from this panel.
Raw Data and Leaderboard can also be viewed from this panel.
Host can email response summary to speakers and audience members, as a .pdf

5) Host Build - Scorecard
Host inputs criteria for Scorecard.
Host can select speakers from a list generated by the .csv file upload.
Voting can be Opened and Closed. A voting time limit can be set.
Host can manage Speakers and Audience members.
Raw Data and Leaderboard can also be viewed from this panel.
Host can email scorecards to speakers, and event summary to audience members, as a .pdf

6) Host Build - Q and A
Host can edit settings for Q and A.
Host can manage Speakers and Audience members.
Host can moderate questions, and mark questions as answered.
Voting can be Opened and Closed. A voting time limit can be set.

Host can email Answer scorecard to speaker, and event summary to audience members, as a .pdf

7) Host Build - Classroom
Host can edit settings for Classroom
Host can create questions.
Host can manage Audience members.
Host can moderate questions, and mark questions as answered.

8) Crowd Vote - Crowd Favorite
Audience Member chooses favorite selection, and submit vote.
Audience Member can view time-sensitive leaderboard, which updates automatically.

9) Crowd Vote - Scorecard
Audience Member can use slider to evaluate Speaker, and submit vote.
Audience Member can view leaderboard, which updates automatically.

10) Crowd Vote - Q and A
Audience Member can submit questions queue
Audience Member can submit anonymously, if allowed.
Audience Member can vote up and down, other questions in the question queue.
Audience Member can rate the quality of the answer, using a slider.
Audience Member can view the Answer Quality Leaderboard.

11) Crowd Vote - Classroom
Audience Member can select answer to question.
Audience Member can view Answer Summary Leaderboard.

12) Host Settings
Host can view and edit contact information.
Host can view previous crowds.
Host can Clone individual crowd, view data, download data, and email audience speakers.
Host can create a new crowd, and upgrade account.

13) Crowd Settings
Audience Member can view and edit contact information.
Audience Member can upgrade account.

14) Speaker Settings
Speaker can view and edit contact information.
Host can view performance data from previous events.
Audience Member can upgrade account.
