    I started working as a technical support representative in 2010, assisting customers who have problem with their HP printer, was with the company for two months since they have decided to transfer the job in other sites.I transferred to another company with different support but same type of job, assisting, troubleshooting and at the same time selling cellphones to the customers for a year then moved to another company which supports quickbooks . Bigger opportunity came when one of the company here in cebu was looking for a financial customer representative, so I strike while the iron is hot. It requires an elbow grease since you have to take and pass the 2 exams provided by FINRA, we were only given 4 weeks to study and review, the fact that I have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing which added burden since it was really to far from the FINRA exam that I need to take and pass.With hope and prayers luckily I passed the exam.  less
