If You're looking for someone who will make some PDF manipulation, conversion, interactive (fillable/editable) PDF forms (Adobe Acrobat Pro / Adobe LiveCycle) - You can count on me. Areas that I can do, but aren't my strong suit are MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign.
