Since July 01 2005, I have been immensely doing the SQA works with some large domains like: Banking, ERP, Insurance, VoIP Telecom Billing and various types of Mobile Applications (including Gamming Software) based on Dot Net, J2EE & J2ME platform having Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL and PGSQL as Databases. I have earned a very nice experience on making world-class Help System especially for VoIP Telecom software and for many Mobile Applications using a Microsoft tool Help & Manual and a TechSmith tool SnagIt that has helped me a lot to get aligned with the world’s top most Help file makers. Within my endeavors I have developed test plan & QA project plan, test cases and test scenarios from design document and other stakeholders. I have also located, documented and tracked bugs using highly efficient in-house defect management system Bug Buster, JIRA and Eventum. From Icon and EyeBill I have earned a full-fledged experience on building and maintaining SQA infrastructure, resource and processes. Here, I also learnt how to maintain testing server and test environment. Now, at SDSL (afriGIS) - I have been implementing the world-standard SQA & Documentation that have already been praised by the world renowned clients like: Nexcom Telecommunications USA, Ficall UK, Vodaphone UK. I had been certified by the Microsoft Corporation (MCP certification) on MS SQL Server and ASP.Net with VB.Net in 2004 and in 2005 respectively. I also performed some development works using C#.Net for Banking software. Gaining knowledge on Dot Net technology in these ways always provides me an extra confidence to perform outstanding testing on the projects developed using Dot Net languages especially. The above short-listed words are the secret I dare assuring the greatest attraction of the users to the software I make the Help File for and do the QA works on to assure the optimum quality of the products with almost 100% accuracy. Now I am eagerly waiting for some more complicated domains to be more expert in my arena.
