Our current careers do not always afford us this kind of opportunity premised on the fact that our working conditions and the technology available for our use, are beyond our control. Working in organizations imply delimited possibilities of growth because the parameters of development are anchored and bounded by the organizations' missions and visions. I have not only envisioned myself as the best language teacher one could be nor the most efficient and competent administrative and legal officer, government could have. My vision extends further to internalizing every experience gained and every skill honed as a key to the creation of my own organization or business. And the experience available in the organizations i have worked with, and i am working in, do not even constitute 1 percent of what the global web has to offer.
