If needed, I've got the tech skills to be a development support pinch-hitter for a Wordpress site development team when needed and can also do non-coding work as necessary, such as -- do those last edits to a Photoshop-based logo or banner if the designer calls in sick, step in as WHMCS/CPanel-based server administrator if the admin goes missing, and even do English language customer tech support for Wordpress issues.
