Here I also touch in RECRUITMENT wherein I was the one doing the ads, distribution of ads and posting them in different job boards, then I am also in charge of the initial screening, of the agents who will work for us. I was also part of the Team to make final decision in hiring an agent under us. Upon hiring, I am also one for the Trainer to give them idea how to go about our product and services to be offered to prospective clients.
