Part of my current responsibilities in a bank institution is to provide Level 3 support to VDI users in the Asia Pacific Region. we support VDI (VMWARE) , and application issues via mail, remote connection , and through phone. My expertise is on vmware/VDI and desktop support and I am also well versed in PC hardware troubleshooting, Virus removal, computer networking, internet issues, isolating computer slowness, etc. I have previous teaching experience as well and I can teach computer technical related subjects. My work experience includes 1.5 year as an I.T. instructor; 5 years as Level 2 technical support engineer ; and currently 3 years as a VDI level 3 support .
