I was also a Supervisor in one of the companies where I used to work and later a Quality Assurance Specialist. I can practically work with a voice or a non-voice project. Here's an overview of my previous jobs: 1. Customer Service Representative under Sprint/Nextel at Teleperformance-Bacolod site.
