    I am a fast, accurate typist with great listening and proofreading skills. Before doing transcription work, I also have retail and customer service experience. And after high school I went to Business School and studied Secretarial and Administrative work. I worked as an administrative assistant and secretary for about 5 years before starting in retail. Then after my children were born, that is when I started with retail for about 8 years until 2010. I then began school for medical transcription from Penn Foster Online College in 2011. I started doing transcription because it gave me the opportunity to stay home and raise my children. I have gained experience in proofreading and have great listening skills which are required for transcription. I hope to have the opportunity to excel my growth with your company.  less
