With the skills that I’ve obtained from the previous jobs, I believe that I am capable of the tasks of the position I’m applying for. I worked for Dream Satellite TV as a Customer Interact Associate. I handled customer queries and provided technical support to customers. After a year, I decided to step up and landed a job at Telus International Philippines Inc., one of the most prestige companies in the BPO Industry. I worked as a Customer Interact Associate for Dell Financial Services-Small Medium Business. From there, I saw a bigger picture of Customer Service. My third job was at CTI solutions, as a Customer Interact Associate for Dish Network. I call customers to process appointments and instructions from the customers regarding the installation of their Dish Network system at home.
