My experience with Dell gave me the opportunity to work with Windows servers, although, most of the time, I am working with software related issues such as virus removal, windows update issues, internet connectivity problems and the like. I was exposed to client-server issues due to Windows version compatibility, password related issues, and network connectivity problems. My technical expertise includes Web design using PHP, javascript, VBS and the like. Database management and Graphic arts, software toubleshooting, virus removal, home networking, printer setup and troubleshooting and hardware diagnostis.
